Will I receive notification that an appointment has been made?

Yes, if you have sent us a referral letter, our office will fax you a Note For Your Records which will indicate the day and time of the evaluation(s) that have been scheduled.

This is for your records only and your office does not need to call your patient to inform them of their appointment time(s).

If your client does not show for or cancels their  appointment, our office will fax you another Note For Your Records which  will indicate such.  We will also contact the patient to inquire if they would like to reschedule.  If they do not, a re-referral is always  welcome.

Yes, shortly after the evaluation,  our office will fax you a report.  In some cases, Dr. Neufeld may call you directly to provide you a summary of the results.

If you wish to have your reports  emailed to you rather than receive them by fax/mail, please contact Dr. Neufeld and provide him with your email address.

Also, if you prefer to receive a  summary of the results via phone rather than a report, contact Dr.  Neufeld to let him know that this is your preference.
